WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping shipping on all orders.

We will send you tracking information via email once your order is ready to ship

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard Shipping shipping is valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

We cannot ship plant products outside the U.S.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

THIRD PARTY FULFILLMENT

We use supplier-based shipping for some products. Some of our products are made to order which takes additional time to fulfill before shipping. Please note that some of our items are also made to order and will take longer to fulfill. We will do our best to keep you informed of the steps in the process via email. Please be informed that some of our fulfillment may take up to 7 days to ship. Print on Demand Items may be sent in multiple shipments to save time and because of multiple fulfillment locations thank you.
